The Bootshaus is only one of the domains of Frank Buchholz, a ‘disciple’ of famous chefs, such as Heinz Winkler, Gerd Käfer and Heinz Beck, and a renowned TV cook and author. Here, too, he has put the concept of uncomplicated cuisine and relaxed hospitality into practice.
The restaurant has seating for 120 guests and is an ideal event location. With the focus on regional recipes and down-to-earth cooking, all dishes are homemade and freshly prepared by professional chefs. Naturally, the food is served with matching wines from local vineyards.
However, this does not mean that sight has been lost of other regions providing they have one thing in common: good taste!!
